Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, for example, perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@themellowhub.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Non-faulty returns

The information provided on this website is for general information purposes and use only. Every endeavor is made to keep the product information complete and correct, however the customer is responsible for ensuring the product they purchase is suitable for their specific requirements. 

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's color and design, actual colors and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings and other factors.

SweetPaws will not accept responsibility for any color or design differences that are not factory faults. 

Any returns for a product due to customer dissatisfaction with a finish (that is not a fault) will need to comply with the the SweetPaws returns policy.



Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sweetpaws.com and send your item back to the sender's address.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the sender's address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How long is the returns process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed. For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

For all applicable returns, please send to the sender's address.

When will i receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, please contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to
your account.
How do i change or cancel my order? 
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that we have commenced processing, have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled. 
We usually commence processing your order the next day.

How do I exchange a shirt for a different size?

If your shirt doesn’t fit and you need to exchange for a different size, please follow these instructions. First, make sure that you have not worn or washed your item (besides trying on).

Send your unworn and unwashed items to the sender's address.

  • Make sure to contact us first on support@sweetpaws.com to include details on the correct size needed sent back. 
  • You have 30 days to exchange your item.
  • Please Note: Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like. If you have a question about your return, contact us at support@sweetpaws.com
